With specialized education and experience in charter school administration, corporate law, and software development, Alberto focuses on distilling these unique skill sets into concrete solutions for Bayou Valley’s clients.

Alberto’s passion for business operations and process automation began when he served as the Director of Operations for a charter school in North Philadelphia. In this fast-paced, heavily regulated work environment, he learned the value of developing robust processes and the necessity to leverage modern technological methods first-hand. After realizing that  “shrink-wrap” automation solutions were either too expensive or incompatible with the school’s needs, Alberto taught himself computer programming languages, including C#, Visual Basic ,  and Javascript, learning  how to unlock the full potential of ubiquitous tech platforms like Microsoft Office and Google’s cloud suite. Now a decade later, Alberto uses the knowledge he has gained to help his charter school and law firm clients automate workflows and increase their organizational efficiency.

Alberto attended the University of Florida, where he graduated cum laude with a degree in finance from the Warrington School of Business. Alberto also attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained both a law degree and a masters of business administration.  While at Wharton, he served as a teaching assistant for Professor Diana C. Robertson’s Corporate Responsibility and Ethics course and Professor Gwendolyn Gordon’s Law and Social Values course. Prior to founding Bayou Valley with Anthony, Alberto practiced corporate law at a Philadelphia law firm, primarily focusing on merger and acquisition transactions, underwriter representation for special purpose acquisition companies, and general corporate law.
